Without deleting, or creating a new account you can "assign" an existing account to a new user who is replacing a user who is no longer with your company. Here's how:


Click on the "Users" along the left side navigation and select "Manage Users".


Next to a user, click the "User Profile" button.



The following information can be changed:


First Name & Last Name: You can correct the spelling of the user's name, or enter the name of a new user who is taking over the account


Phone: Enter a valid phone number for the user


Email Address: Add or edit the email address of the user


Picture: Upload a photo of the user for their avatar


User Time Zone: Set the correct time zone for the user. This ensures all statistics are recorded according to the user's time zone


Email Signature: Create/Edit the user's signature which will be placed inside each email


Password: You can assign a new password.



Please note: after changing the password, it will NOT email this info to the user for security reasons. You will need to inform the rep of their new login information.
