To Forward from Gmail E-mail Account to Main E-mail Account:
  1. On your computer, open Gmail using the account you want to forward messages from. ...
  2. In the top right, click Settings .
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  5. In the "Forwarding" section, click Add a forwarding address.
  6. Enter the email address you want to forward messages to.


To Forward from Outlook E-mail Account to Main E-mail account:

  1. Click "Rules" on Outlook's Home ribbon and select "Manage Rules and Alerts."
  2. Select the email account you want to forward from the "Apply Changes to This Folder" drop-down list.
  3. Click "New Rule" to launch the Rules Wizard.
  4. Select "Apply Rule on Messages I Receive," and then click "Next."
  5. Leave all the check boxes blank in the list of conditions to forward all your messages. To forward only some mail, such as messages from a specific sender or messages with certain words in the subject line, check the appropriate box and click the link in the lower pane to enter your criteria. Click "Next" to continue.
  6. Check the "Forward It to People or Public Group" box in the list of actions, and then click "People or Public Group" in the lower pane. Type the address that you want to forward mail to in the "To" field and click "OK." Click "Next" to continue.
  7. Leave all the check boxes blank in the list of exceptions, unless you want to exclude certain messages from forwarding. Click "Next."
  8. Check the "Run This Rule Now" box if you want to forward messages already in your inbox.
  9. Check the "Create This Rule on All Accounts" box if you use Outlook for more than one email account and want to forward all the accounts.
  10. Click "Finish" to begin forwarding your mail automatically.
