To take someone off your Opt out list:
1. Click on Opt-Out List
2. Search for contact by e-mail address
3. Click on red X on the right side of their e-mail under Action Column.
4. Click on Contacts, then click on View and search for their name to verify they are in your contact list and you are able to send them campaigns.
