Name drop campaigns can be immensely helpful to build credibility when reaching out to a prospect. Below are the steps to utilizing this tool!
1. In your CSV file create a column that says "Name Drop"
2. Fill in that column with the other names in the company. Be sure to separate with commas and that the last person listed has "and" or "&" listed. This is how it will show up in your campaign.
3. Save your file as a CSV file
4. Go to the "Campaigns" tab on BuzzBuilder
5. Either create a new campaign or select from one you wish to use
6. Drag and drop or click '(or click)' to open your finder to locate the file
7. Once you have uploaded your file, click "next" you will want to make sure the appropriate fields are being pulled from your CSV list. Scroll to the bottom and you will see a field labled "Name Drop." click the drop down menu next to that field and select "Name Drop."
8. Click "next" and it will prompt you to the last step. Select if you want to launch now or later, select the Advanced De-Duplication box if you wish. Scroll to the bottom and look at a preview of your email to make sure it looks correct.
9. Click "next" and "go" and you have just sent your first Name Drop Campaign!
