Opt - Out Email Addresses for a Domain Print

Sometimes you may want to make sure that you do not send email messages to anyone at a specific company. This tutorial will show you how to opt-out a domain.

Note - Only Org Admins can opt out lists of contacts. If you are an Extended Sales Rep or just a User of BuzzBuilder you may not be able to see these options!

1. Go to the 'Opt - Out List' tab on BuzzBuilder sidebar

2. There is a section you can type in the domain of the company you wish to not continue email campaigns to. BuzzBuilder allows you to add multiple domains at a time. Just add one domain to one line!

3. Click the save button! Now you will be sure to not contact anyone at this domain again!
