If you ever upload a list of contacts and notice some fields are missing that are present in your CSV file, there is a way to fix that! You can simply update those contacts automatically so you do not have to go through them one by one. Find out how below!



1. Click the 'Contacts' tab on the sidebar in BuzzBuilder, then click 'Import.'



2. Drag and drop your CSV file or click the text to upload it.



3. Locate your file, make sure it is saved as a CSV. You can check by looking at the 'Format' below. It should say 'Comma-Separated Values.' Then Click 'Open' and then the green 'Next' button in BuzzBuilder.

4. Next you will need to match the campaign fields on the left with the drop down menus on the right. If it says 'none' it will not upload a field from your CSV file in the system. Make sure if you want that field shown that you match it to the desired field from the CSV file. 


5. Next you will want to check the little box next to 'Update Existing Contacts.' This will not duplicate any contacts you already have in the system. Therefore it will just add missing information from the CSV file. If you do not check this box all contact will be uploaded as NEW contacts. 



6. Click the green 'Import' button and you will see the loading bar below!
