Every day, potential buyers land on your website and then leave forever. And while most website analytics tools can tell you how many visitors came to your site, they aren't able to tell you exactly who these visitors were... until now. BuzzBuilder's powerful website tracking tools can tell you the name of each person who visited your site, which pages they viewed, and how long they viewed each page. It will even alert the appropriate Sales Rep the moment a prospect returns to your website so you can follow up.

BuzzBuilder can track website visits for any of your prospects you have emailed. It will also send an instant alert to whichever user owns the contact in the database. This code can be pasted to any page and will be replicated across your website.

Here's how to add the tracking code to your site to enable this feature:

First, login to your BuzzBuilder account and go to the Settings page

Click on the Website Tracking tab.

Copy your unique tracking code from this page. In your website files you should have either an index file or an .htaccess file. Edit either of these files and paste the BuzzBuilder tracking code anywhere on the page.

To test your connection, inside your BuzzBuilder account scroll below the tracking code and then enter your website URL into the section titled "Step 2: Test The Connection."

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:

If you tested the connection and it was unsuccessful, please check the following:

Make sure you added the code directly to your main website index or .htaccess file.
