If your campaign contains multiple emails that will be sent to your contacts, you may want to remove contacts from the campaign after they reply.


There are 2 options you have for removing contacts from a campaign.


REMOVE/CANCEL 


This option will stop sending emails to the contact but still allow you to send them new campaigns in the future.


OPT-OUT


This will cancel the current campaign but ALSO block them from receiving new campaigns. This is commonly used when a contact asks to be removed from your list.


First, search for the contact to locate them in the database. Using the search box at the top of the screen, you can search by First Name, Last Name, Company, Email, Industry, City, State, Lead Source, or any other fields in the database.


Click the checkbox next to one or more contacts. Then click either the Remove From Campaigns button or the Opt Out button.


TIP: You can Mass Cancel multiple contacts (or all contacts) from the campaign by selecting all contacts on the page and then clicking either Remove From Campaigns or Opt Out.
