What Is The Score?

When viewing the Hot-lead list within a campaign, you'll notice that the last column is called "Interest". It's based on a point system that is determined by how many times a contact has opened your email, forwarded it, visited your website, or clicked any links in the message. Ultimately, it will help you rank your contacts and show you who is most interested in your offering.

The score is represented by an icon which shows between one and five stars (five stars being the highest interest level).

How Is The Score Determined?

Your Administrator has established a point system for various interactions with your emails. Here is the default point system:

Opened Email: 5 points per open

Forwarded Email: 20 points per forward

Links Clicked: 50 points per click-through

Website Visits: 100 points per visit

How Can You Leverage The Scoring Information?

When preparing to follow up with contacts or send them another campaign, it will be helpful to know which contacts have shown the most interest. By clicking on the Score column it will sort all contacts from highest score to lowest. This will help you prioritize your sales and marketing efforts.
