You can mass-add a list of multiple emails that you want to avoid sending campaigns to. For example, you may have a spreadsheet of opt-outs from a previous emailing marketing system. By adding them to BuzzBuilder's opt out list, it will block emails from being sent to these addresses.
From the left navigation select Opt Out List
Choose the option to Upload a List. NOTE: your list must be in CSV format and only have a single column for the email address. Be sure to remove any other columns with First Name, Company, etc.
After uploading your .CSV file, click Next
Alternatively, you can manually add email addresses to the opt out list by selecting the option for Add Emails Below. Then either type or copy/paste the addresses into the text box and click Save.
