Because standard attachments can hurt your delivery rate, we have created a better solution. Instead, you'll insert the document into your email and our system will automatically turn it into a link to your document -- when the contact clicks this link, it will automatically download the document and open it up in their browser.

What if you'd like to add a phrase such as "Click Here" and make it the link to a document? Here's how:

Type the text that readers will click on. For example, "Download the PDF" or "Click Here" are common phrases.

Highlight the text that will be linked to your document. Then click on the Link icon from the toolbar.

If your document is already being hosted on the internet, then type or paste the URL into the Link URL section.

Click the Upload tab from the Link Popup box.

If the file is stored locally on your computer, click Add A File button, locate your document, and then click Open. Once it's upload, click OK.
