Lead stream

This is where you can view your prospects based on different campaigns that you have currently active. As you can see in this view it states the type of response you have gotten such as a someone opening an email, clicking a link, visiting your website, and even if the email was forwarded, BuzzBuilder will also keep track of the time and date the event happened.

On the right side of the event you can even view the contacts details in case you wanted to give them a call you have that information readily available. If you want to view events that happened longer than 24 hours ago, you can click the drop-down box in the top left corner and select how far back you want to view these events.

If you only wish to see Forwards, Opens, Links Clicked, or Website Visits you can use the check marks at the top of the screen here to view only a certain type of event.

Users

This is where you will be creating user accounts for your representatives.

To create a user we're going to go ahead and click "Create New User" from here you can populate the fields with the appropriate information.

Next you will decide how many emails are allowed per month from this one user, for example if you have 10,000 emails allowed and give a sales rep 2,500 it will leave you with 7,500 emails left for the month. The emails allowed per month for the user also cannot exceed the total allotted emails for the month in the contract. If you ever find yourself in that position, we can make adjustments and allow more emails per month.

The max contacts allowed will limit the number of contacts each user can store in their contact list.

Organization admin: You are able to create campaigns and custom fields, add and remove contacts, view statistics, and also run reports.

Manager: Will only able to remove, and add contacts, as well as run reports.

Sales Rep: Sales reps will be able to add, remove contacts, and also view statistics/prospects.

Extended Sales Rep: Able to do everything a Sales Rep can do, additionally will be able to create their own campaigns.

Contacts

Next we're going to show you how to add or if you have a prospect list, import that list into BuzzBuilder. All contacts that are imported will need to be in CSV format. Refer to this article on how to convert excel files to CSV: https://buzzbuilder.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/6000128854-convert-excel-xlsx-files-to-csv-format)

There's three sub menus within the contacts navigation pane first of all we will go over "View" sub menu. This is where you can view all of your contacts and even sort them by the fields shown on the page

Next we will cover how to add a contact, as you can see in this same page we can add a new contact right from the "View" menu. Alternatively we can go ahead and click "New Contact" on the left navigation pane.

From here we can input a contacts name, phone, email, company, and even custom fields.

Once you are done filing out the contacts details we can now assign this contact an owner. For example you can assign them to yourself, or assign it to a specific representative.

Once you are ready you can click "Create" at the bottom of the page to save the new contact.

Now we're going to cover importing a list of clients to the BuzzBuilder website. On the left hand navigation pane click "Import" this will take you to a screen where we will be able to import contacts from a .CSV file. Refer to this article for information on how to import contacts into BuzzBuilderhttps://buzzbuilder.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/6000128894-importing-contacts-into-buzzbuilder)

Now we can upload this list one of two ways. We can simply drag-n-drop the file to the section of the screen that says "Drop .CSV file to upload" or you can click there, and manually upload it from your computer.

Before you click next, make sure that you set who the owner of the contacts will be from the drop-down box on the screen. Once you are ready, go ahead and click next.

Once you are at the next screen we will need to make sure the field matches the same headers from the .CSV file.

Custom Fields

As you can see on the left hand side of the application we have a menu called "Custom Fields"

(a custom field is an additional field you can add to your CSV file, examples: contact's birthday, favorite color, or any other custom field. The shorter the name of the custom field, the better. refer to this article: https://buzzbuilder.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/6000127813-creating-custom-fields)

Opt-Out List

An Opt-Out list is simply a list of emails of clients who have been asked to opt-out, and will prevent you from emailing them.

For information on how to upload a blacklist to BuzzBuilder refer to this article: https://buzzbuilder.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/6000152030-upload-a-blacklist-supression-list

Templates

If you'll be creating several emails with a similar layout or content, you may want to work from a Template.

Settings

On the left hand side click "Settings" this is where you can prospect scoring, and add a website tracking code.

Scoring shows us the level of interest prospects provide with each action, such as clicked links, open emails, or email forwards. You can set your own scores but we found that the default values are a pretty solid scoring system. If you'd like to use a different scoring system you can also set that up here.

What website tracking is: when a prospect clicks on your website, you will receive an alert, and the visit will be added to the scoring system. If you'd like to have website tracking set up contact your I.T adviser or whoever manages your website and give them this unique code that will embed into your website.

Scheduled Emails

Scheduled emails are emails that are in queue Show that the list of scheduled emails can be sorted, and even searched by different criteria.
