There are two ways to contact BuzzBuilder for issues or questions.


Submit a Ticket


To submit a support ticket go to the home page of the BuzzBuilder support website (https://buzzbuilder.freshdesk.com/support/solutions) and click "New Support Ticket."

Fill out the following information including your email, subject, and a detailed description of what the problem or question is. Additionally you can attach files to the ticket such as images and excel files.

Be sure to leave your phone number in the body of the ticket too in case we need to contact you.


Whenever you submit a ticket our support staff will be alerted and will respond in a timely manner.
